7:00 PM - Reception and "Introduction to Savannah" lecture at Savannah History Museum.  Trolley rides or guided tours will be offered.

Evening tour:

5:30 PM - Historic Bonaventure Cemetery with Jack Leigh

8:00 PM - "Show and Tell" at Hyatt Regency, Savannah

         

   SATURDAY, JUNE 5, 1999

Registration - Hyatt Regency Lobby

7:30 AM - Continental Breakfast

8:30 AM - Paper Sessions begin

12:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Business lunch and annual meeting - hotel

5:00 PM - Paper Sessions end.

5:20 PM - Walking tour from the hotel to the baquet and entertainment at the Historic Railroad Shops.

6:45 PM - First shuttle bus departs from the hotel for dinner at the Historic Railroad Shops.  Live musical historic interpretation by the Sea Island Singers and a gandy dancing interpretation by "The Drum."

11:00 PM - Last shuttle bus departs fromt he event for the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

SUNDAY, JUNE 6, 1999

Boat tour:

8:30 AM - Boat departs River Street dock for a tour of the Savannah Harbor and plantation sites.

Bus/Walkning tour:

9:30 AM - Half day tour of Historic Savannah industrial sites beyond the historic district.
