Orleans Square
at Barnard and West McDonough Streets
Orleans Square, once flanked by the Minis House, the Bulloch-Habersham House, and the Champion House, making it one of the most fashionable addresses in Savannah. The Champion-McAlpin-Fowlkes House is the only one of these three structures still standing. The square is situated directly in front of the Civic Center, which replaced the old city auditorium in 1971.
