Pulaski Square
at Barnard and West Charlton Streets
After reaching its nadir in the 1940s, Pulaski Square has reemerged as a beautiful area in which to live. The house built for General Francis Bartow, Civil War Confederate officer, sits at the northeast corner of the square and has been fully restored to its original beauty along with many of the other houses surrounding the square.
