SCHEDULE

Classes will begin at the start of the Summer semester, and we will do all of our course work in Savannah.  The last two weeks of the semester will be spent in Ireland seeing historic sites we have read about and studied in class.

Itinerary–Ireland 2001

We will be visiting Ireland when the weather should be at its best.  Average temperature in July and August is 75 degrees.  Do, however, pack some light sweaters as it can get cool at night.  Of course also pack some light rain gear.  As well as good weather, we also get the benefit of, as they say at home, “the long evenin’s.”   It does not get pitch dark in Ireland until c.11:00 p.m.  You can still take good photos at 10 p.m., so bring plenty of film!  Along with visiting sites related to our AASU classes we also see some ancient sites and of course scenic ones.*  Check it out for yourself below.
